When will I receive my refund?

If you've received a credit note, your money will be refunded within 14 calendar days on the same bank account you've paid us from. If you prefer to receive the payment on another bank account, you can forward your account number to finance@printsimple.eu. Don't forget to mention the credit note and order number.
