What guarantee do I have for a delivery on time?

For our deliveries we use various reliable (international) transport companies. In more than 95% of the cases, the orders are delivered on time. The expected delivery time will be mentioned in your order. If your order hasn't been delivered within this time frame, it's best to let us know so we can figure out what happened.
We unfortunately have no control over the operating methods of the transport companies, so we can't offer any guarantee for this. But rest asure, if something would go wrong, we'll find a solution.
